We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not include major holidays, weekends or postal holidays.
We ship to Canada. All packages will be sent via USPS First Class International.
If your pins are damaged upon arrival, email us IMMEDIATELY at email@example.com
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.
We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages.
We will not replace patches that you've damaged. Follow the instructions included in patch orders.
