All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
For packages that are delayed, marked as delivered, or experiencing transit issues, please contact USPS directly. We have access only to the same tracking information provided by USPS and are unable to obtain additional delivery details on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of the delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damage claims submitted more than 5 business days after delivery.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase, especially when sending an order as a gift. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout and are unable to offer refunds or replacements for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address.
